Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive delivery to return your item to us
To be eligible for returning your item
- It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Your item must be in the original packaging
- Please note for hygiene reasons we can't accept returns of harmonicas, tin whistles and any other such items
How to Submit a Returns Request
- Log in to your account
- On Your Orders page select "Return Items?"
- Fill out the page and we will get back as soon as possible
Delivery
Any delivery costs on an order are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of delivery will be deducted from your refund
You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning an item
